  • Read Labels prior to use. Shake Well.
  • Prolan is best applied to a clean and dry surface. On existing rust- Prolan can be directly sprayed to seal it from moisture and oxygen. For large areas of flaky rust it is recommended to use a wire brush on the surface to give it an initial clean prior to application of Prolan.
  • For smaller areas use a Prolan trigger sprayer for larger areas the 1.5LP pump-up pressurised sprayer or airboy gun is recommended.
  • After 3-4 days Prolan forms an outer skin - leaving a shiny finish. The longer the time between spraying and use the less dust will form on the outer skin.
  • Protects  longer term than Prolan medium grade but takes longer to dry.
  • Prolan coatings can be removed using the Prolan Degreaser or Hot steam Cleaner this will bring back machinery/ equipment to their original condition.
  • Prolan Enduro Heavy Grade has the following Food Grade approvals: NSF H1,H2,R2   :MPI C12
